I’m a 33-year-old Mat and Reformer Pilates content creator based outside Philadelphia. My platform is built on dynamic sculpt training while incorporating the fundamental movement principles of Pilates, where intention meets innovation. Through my platform, I’ve been able to guide individuals on a transformative wellness journey, whether in person or online.  It is designed for everyone discovering their inner strength and confidence.

Over the past year in content creation, I’ve been able to captivate an audience through a style that is aesthetically pleasing and engaging.

Noticing there was a shortage of Pilates Affirmation Cards, I created my own. Affirmation cards are for individuals to read and reflect to promote change curating a positive healthy mindset.

Cards are available in Canva to download and print. I have also had them printed through printerstudio.com to distribute in my classes.
